the "kick the relay panel" (aka "central electronics") is helpful if the
problem is copper oxide within the box itself - proper voltage won't fix
that. but, as darthpup said, don't kick it if you don't need to. (by the
way, I have a complete panel with all relays, etc from an 87S that I'd
like
to sell if anyone wants it)
