some possibilities - Fuel filter clogged so you cant get enough gas to the 
injectors, vacuum leak so air flow sensor reads incorrectly, dirty
injectors 
can't give enough fuel, bad plugs or plug wires or dirty distributor cap 
stealing spark energy (clean inside dist cap with carb cleaner to get rid
of 
grease) - timing not correct (check static timing),
anyway, some ideas
