How do I make a 1984 porsche 944 transmission work on a 1987

I have lost the Trans out of my 1987 Porsche 944 and I also have a
good one on a wrecked 1984 944. The linkage Speedo cable and a couple
of other things don't match up. Is there a conversion kit or is there
a way to make these two work together?
