Hi All,
Lately we have had great rains, very blessed.
But my Porsche seem to have picked up a nasty bug from this rains or
so I am told.
When driving at low revs and then accellerating my engine misses
severly and it struggles to accellerate. Only when higher running on
high revs it is going normally.
And mechanical person told me that he experienced a lot of customers
complaining about the same and then normally what happened is with the
heavy rains the starter solenoid, which is warm, cracks when wet.
It makes a little sense to me but I would like to hear from the gurus
what they believe it can be.
The car is in really good condition and this is the first encounter
with such problem.
Also I would like to know what is the part number or specification of
this cars starter solenoid.
