Just removed my centre console and door panels to get them recovered with
leather. Air bag light came on after reassembly which is now sorted.
Driving car however, I notice that every gauge is reading incorrectly or I
have major problems!
Oil pressure dropped (at tick over) to such an extent that the
"insufficient oil pressure" came up on digital display. Engine
temperature gauge was running exactly on the 90 degrees white line when
usually it sits just below. Volt meter indicates 13 volts when it should
be on 14. I should say that when I ran the car it was 36 degrees, which
might explain higher temeperature
Is it possible to have done something in removing both the centre console
and the door panels? Voltage stabiliser system? Any suggestions most
welcome
