Assuming you run the original size tyres (225/45/17 front and 255/40/17
rear) the "usual" problem is finding the tyres to fit the front.
The rears are the same as many Porsche models (and many other cars) so are
usually easy to get. The fronts are not so common (the 911's of the same
era run narrower tyres on the front) and can be difficult to find.
I spoke to a tyre supplier at one of the car meets last year and he told
me
that when a manufacturer produces an N-spec tyre they agree to make it
available for at least the next 10 years. On that basis the S02 N3's for
my
GTS should be around for a few years yet.
However, as long as you are not too hung up on the "N-spec" thing there
are
still plenty to choose from. Toyo T1S's and now T1R's are highly
recommended by many people, and are/were the factory fitment for TVR's.
