Yep. Just was looking at a salvaged part. Two rolled pins hold the 
latching arm to the shaft. The headlight bucket slides around the shaft 
when it's not latched down.

Anyways, looks like a tough one to get. If you can get those two pins 
out, and remove the center section of the lifting bar, you'll be able to 
get that bearing in. Hope that doesn't mean taking the fender off. Not 
easy getting the bolts into the firewall or into the bumper cover off.
