google is your friend...
You want a cam with as much low end torque as possible. Something
designed for motor homes or larger trucks. Even with 4.11 gears,
them's big tires, that truck weighs a lot and you'll need as much
torque as you can get.
Also what are the gear ratios in the transmission?
