373.15 kelvin is 100 degC = 212 deg F for those who don't know. I came
across some info that most efi units will run rich until the temperature
reaches 190 deg F. And the newer engines like it at 210 deg F. If you use
a
lower temp thermostat, you may end up with poorer gas mileage because the
efi will think that the engine is cold and run rich.
Slow warming engines (those that take a long time to warm up to speed) get
poorer gas mileage.
