Engine Serial Numbers

I have 2 v8 engines.
#1 V159836

#2 P66854

Anybody got any Idea what year and what they are from??

Engine #1 I have just completed re-building. It lacks a distributor and 
carb. I have it mounted in a jig, and will more than likely get running
next 
week.

Engine #2 I expect is out of a early ??. The engine is green with red
rocker 
covers.
It is pretty old, as it has the 4 bolt goose neck on the water manifold.

I will run a compression check on it. Maybe re-build it for grins, and 
resale.
