Yes, this is the late style radiator and I tried it in the Power Hawk 
and it fits easily as the Hawks do not require the "sloped" top tank as 
did the earlier c/k models.

The late radiators used a two stage top tank which according to my 
radiator cores are next to impossible to get.  Hence, I just had two 
radiators (early) recored.  One for the Power Hawk and the other for 
possible use in the '55 Prez sedan (which would require a modified 
radiator bracket).
