Cardone Selects are new halfshafts with lifetime warranty (check the
parts store you buy them from). So why not? Also replace the axle seal
while at it. Sure, the bu****ngs too. Good time to check ball joint and
other control arm bu****ngs as well.

I both repack and use new.  You'll save some money but takes more time
to repack.
