I believe that at that mileage it would be a good move to have both
sides done with a replacement half-shaft complete. The reason is that
the cost is comparable to having just a boot done, and you have new
rubber, grease and good CVs for the next 195 K.
There is no other work that especially needs to be done with it, the
ball joints are long-lived on this car.
