The car sales are going down everywhere and even the used car sales
are also going down.
As it says in the article.

there is an increase in the interest for greencars, cars like the
Prius that are environmentally friendly.
GM does not have anything to come with there so their downfall is
greater than others who do.
You could claim that SAAB is a GM car but not really.
How it goes for SAAB is not going to make a big difference for GM
either way.
