Yes, and the drain and refill is pretty easy to do yourself. If you've 
ever changed oil you can do this. You refill through the dipstick tube. 
It takes Dexron II, which has been superseded by Dexron III.

But it only gets about 1/3 of the old fluid out, as the rest is in the 
torque converter. This is why it is recommended that you do 3 
drain/refills over the course of a few thousand miles.
