I'd have to agree, based on limited ezperience. The flasher unit itself
seldom fails, but poor contacts at the bulb often cause the flasher to
flash
too fast. It seems I've been whacking on the frront fenders of my '97
Camry every few weeks for years to regain contact in the bulbs.
