The car has a lot of miles on it, but runs perfectly.
Both the drivers and passenger side seatbelts stay lose all the time. I
tried pulling hard on all (lap and shoulder) the belts and they never
lock
up.
When I pull up on the seatbelt emergency release lever, the alarm and
indicator lights come one. The shoulder belts move up and down correctly,
then the door is opened and closed.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be wrong that would affect all
seat belts?
