This code leans toward a lean mixture..
Intake manifold vacuum leak would be most probable, especially since
it was just apart.
Could also be MAF, fuel pressure, lazy 02 sensor etc...
If it were me I would go back over everything I just did, looking for
hoses off, gasket leak or cracked manifold.
