OVER THE LAST SIX MONTHS I HAVE CHANGED THE DISTRIBUTOR THREE TIMES HAVE
HAD NEW LEADS, NEW PLUGS HAVE ALSO HAD THE IMMOBILISER DISARMED BECAUSE I
WAS ADVISED TO AS IT WAS SAID TO BE A COMMON FAULT THAT THE IMMOBILISER
WOULD CAUSE THE DISTRIBUTOR TO BLOW, HAVE CHANGED THE FUEL FILTER.
SOMETIMES THE CAR WILL FIRE AND WILL DRIVE FINE BUT THEN WHEN DRIVING DOWN
THE ROAD THE PINS ON THE DASH WILL JUST DROP AND THE ENGINE WILL CUT OUT
AND SOMETIMES IT WILL START STRAIGHT AWAY AGAIN, BUT OTHER TIMES IT WILL
TAKE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES TO START. IF THE CAR IS LEFT AFTER IS STALLS FOR
THE FIRST YOU CAN GO BACK AND IT WILL START STRAIGHT AWAY WITHOUT HAVING
TO DO ANYTHING. DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY IDEAS AS I JUST DO NOT HAVE A CLUE
AND I AM DESPERATE.
