LT85 looks very similar to LT77 and uses the LT230 transfer box Austin. I
have in fact seen late model V8 defenders with an LT77 box from the
factory,
just prior to the introduction of the R380. I ran an LT230 in my own 110
V8
for years with no issues whatsoever, despite the doom-and-gloom merchants
proclaiming imminent failure, and that was me using it as a rally recovery
unit and for RTV trialling as well!
