Strongly reccomend changing your water pump ;) Take the belt off and 
turn it by hand, it should move fairly freely, if it's stiff, it's 
shagged :) Oh, and the tensioner bearing goes as well, cheap enough to 
replace (just buy the bearing off ebay, not the whole tensioner)
