I had a similar thing once, I'd had all the wheels off and the whole
thing up on axle stands (110), finished what I was doing, put the
wheels back on, off the stands, went round final-tightening the nuts
and must have missed the osf one as 4 miles later, stopped to poke
around as was getting a definate clunking from that side and noticed
the nuts were about 1/4 inch off the rims, tightened them sharpish,
only sheep to see what was what but still felt like a plonker.
