I've been driving for roughly 31 years or so and feel I've been
particularly unlucky in this respect.  I know, personally not from 'the
news', of only one other driver who's lost a wheel, but that was when
we were racing sidecars, and the whole sidecar fell off with the wheel
.... ;)
