Once again (and after years of defeat) Charlie ****o of Drums, PA tries
in vain to get himself a new Usenet "buddy." Another ****o failure in
the works!

True.

Both were frauds, homemade poor-quality dupes of the originals made on
misaligned/worn out home machines with ink jet labels on them,
contradictory to his eBay fraud auction spiels.

Lie. ****o never offered to or did pay any ****pping. I have the
emails and receipts to prove it.

....as evidence....

Lie. He never covered any ****pping, either way, and first tried to
claim that my returned item "got lost in the mail." I have those
emails to prove that, as well. What screwed him up that time was,
suspecting I was dealing with an eBay petty fraudster, I put Delivery
Confirmation on the returned package. He had picked it up a WEEK
before he denied ever getting it and thus tried to deny the refund.

Let's see...who was it who got his eBay account "coolsitesandsounds"
shut down for making fraudulent dupes of that particular movie?
Charlie ****o of Drums, PA. That indicates a large-scale attempted
"rip off" by any legal description.

And again, he presupposes I don't have the DVD. I do.

The amount means nothing...the principle does. He's just another
scammer/fraudster like you, and I jammed his frauds up his ass. Same
thing happened to you when you got two of your eBay accounts shut down
for fraud and other banned activity on eBay...remember?

Shall we talk about your publicly posted "tips" on how to defraud the
US Postal Service as well? Or your Postal Inspector's Office
investigation of your "junk mail" prank? How about your IRS audit?

>you make the call. <snip>

The call is easy...Charlie ****o is a nincompoop.

Which you didn't get...****head. You need to check out junk parts
more closely before you shell out Cheryl's hard earned minimum wage
clerk/teller's job paycheck on crap like a worthless '66 Landau that
some drug-addled kid hacked the top off. Too bad...'66 Landaus are
comparatively rare and bring more money that the coupes.

>so DeserTBob bites dust, again <snip>

In your schizophrenic mind, perhaps. Reality's a rather tough nut for
you to swallow, though.
