Hi Juha,  You are talking about the metal strip along the outside bottom 
edge of the door?
If I remember right they are held in place by large clips. Personally, I 
think I'd remove the door panel and push the clips out from the inside.
When 
the car was new the clips were fairly pliable but over the years they've 
gotten stiff and now you are more likely to damage the trim by trying to
pry 
them loose from the outside.
