Yep!  As our cars get older, the condition of used wear parts such as
T-bars
becomes worse (springs have a finite life).  I would always opt for new
instead of questionable used parts.  I've been through a few frontend
rebuilds but never had a *huge* issue with getting the old ones out (no
tools to clamp onto the T-bar).
