Well, I just looked in the more obscure source where I found you
were right and I was wrong, the book published by the Chrysler
Archives people. You are again right. In 1968, the 383 was rated
300 bhp, then 330 in 1969, it seems to have been dropped, at
least for the Dart GTS I was specifically looking at for 1970, so
you are right again. I don't see a 383 mentioned as available in
1970, 1971, or 1972, but that may be because the E-Body Barracuda
and Dodge Challenger cars ran the entire suite of engines.
This is what happens when I let my 30 year-old memory and my ego
get ahead of my brain, so again, sorry to have doubted you to the
point that I was getting obnoxious.

I'm glad to hear, that, you certainly had enough provocation from
my stubbor refusal to listen to you.

Didn't know that, thanks for the info. And, thanks muchly to give
me a gentle shove to dig deeper. "Seek and ye shall find"
certainly applied here!
