Its an older Dom 1050 dont have the exact numbers in front of me and
it has 85sor 88s all the way around if I remember right. pistons are
TRW L2295 dome pistons. They are 11.3 to 1 with 78 cc heads per
TRW I dont have the specs on the chambers for the Indy heads.
We checked all and found nothing all plugs matched and were mouse
brown (a bit richer than I like for a race car perfect for the
street). Comp matched all the way around.
Went back and ran the next week and times were back to normal in fact
a bit better than I expected for the density alt that day (dont have
the numbers right here and that was week and a half ago) but we had
the same thing happen again the last past in second round the Humidity
jumped up to 85% (yes it was night and damp) and the times went flat
again lost like 2 tenths off what I expected at that temp/den alt.
Now that points are over I guess we need to lean it out and see what
happens.
