yeah after the trans warms up the rear clutch piston and the discs under it
expand a little and seals properly. so most likely your piston seal and
clutches are worn, which is a good excuse to change all the seals and
clutches. best to do that now before it gets worse. if the entire clutch
sticks, you might not have reverse anymore......well you will have it but
the trans wont want to engage in it as the rear clutch will be stuck.
