Most ordinances are for vehicles sitting outdoors or in view from the 
road. Could you build a fence around it or move it to a garage? Also a 
private storage facility usually have spaces to rent for vehicles. A 
rear end from a later b body should fit measure the spring spacing. It 
would allow it to be moved.
