You mean water temp sender and oil pressure sender? For stock locations:
Water temp goes on the waterpump housing, either upright to the driver's
side and behind the T-stat (early housings) or pointing forward below
and to the right of the T-stat (later housings).
Oil pressure sender taps are either one of the two threaded ****ts on the
top of the block at the rear, just forward of the bellhousing mating
flange. The unused ****t should (of course) be plugged ;-) Here's the
arse-end of my 440, and you can see the oil pressure switch installed in
a brass T-block so that I can have my idiot light and a mechanical guage
at the same time. I would've used the other tapped hole instead of a
T-block, but its too close to the firewall in this particular car.
