The Demon was produced for '71 and '72 model years.  The sheetmetal of the
rear pan had vertical slots for the tail lights, whereas the Duster (for
'70
thru '72) had horizontal slots.  The Demon shared the Dart front
sheetmetal.
It could've been ordered w/ other-than a HP engine, including the Slant 6
(a
friend had a 318 w/ floor****ft 3-speed).
