use an air hose or something to blow out the fuel lines and draining the
tank might not be a bad idea.
if you have even the slightest hint of the rings sticking, I have used a
little bit of marvels mystery oil in the cylinders first, then working the
crank back and forth about 20 to 30 degrees in each direction for a couple
minutes. worked on a car that had sit outside for over a year in Vail
Colorado weather(damn cold and lots of snow obviously) )and never cranked.
