With that statement you illustrate you have no knowledge of why cars in
the last 10 to 20 years (depending on manufacturer) seldom rust out.
TIP: Galvanizing and undercoating!
Earlier cars were made to rust.
Real steel requires a percentage of recycled steel, so donate rust
buckets to recycling before they crumble into the earth.
I've seen better car bodies than your Caddie abandoned in BC's back
country. I expect you found this abandoned behind some farm building.
