alright, more problems...now with the new lighter...

went to my bowling league tonight, all was well when i turned the car
off to go in.  came back out, turned the car back on - NOTHING power-
wise from the lighter.  my xm would not turn on.  took the power
adapter out and put the cigarette lighter back in to hold the place
until i had a chance to look at it...pushed the lighter in - POOF goes
the fuse.  cigarette lighter and radio both out now.

any ideas??  im not that well versed in all of this - what would cause
the fuse to blow?  a poor ground connection?  would that also have
caused my power adapter to suddenly stop working (if the ground
connection behind the lighter came loose)??
