In theory, but the internals of the holder might only be 10A rated, so 
drawing 15 through it, then ten on top of that might be asking for
trouble.

I think I would ask the tech site in that link about it.  I didn't see 
any specs for the schematic there.

It would seem like someone else had the same idea and used the empty 
fuse slots for things like cherries on top or transmitters which require 
the heavier fuse load.

I think I would pull that 30A and see if anything quits.  If everything 
is good to go, I would use that one and drop the fusing down a bit. 
Going 5A over a rated circuit isn't too dangerous, but you don't need 
that much.

Lighter circuits can be trouble to load up on just because of the nature 
of the beast.  You can get a large load through there so I like to leave 
them be and add circuits in other places.  Well, I prefer to run new 
circuits from the power distribution box, but then this is the first 
time I have seen those neat fuse holders.  I have a feeling I might have 
use for those in the future.
