I had my Cherokee S****t Steering damper replaced last summer, thats
about 9 months ago It is now leaking and when I go over a bump the
jeep shudders almost out of control. I'm guessing that the part is a
cheap Chineese aftermarket. I'm going back to my mechanic to complain.
I'm pretty certain the part is under waranty (not the labor). Should I
insist on OEM parts? Will the OEM part be a cheap peice of crap? This
is becoming a growing problem in this country. Several auto arts are
made in China and they are junk.
