Do all jeep owners waive at each other everywhere?

I've noticed since I started driving my TJ that every other jeep owner I 
pass takes the time to smile and waive when they see me. I love it! I 
always smile and waive back, but I was curious if this was a local 
thing, or if it's fairly common everywhere.
