Have you tried powdered graphite? I have a squeeze bottle of the stuff
that
will blow it in pretty well and I've used it for years on locks and speedo
cables. Messiest damn stuff I ever worked with - worse than copier toner

but it works well and a dose lasts forever, it seems.
If you use WD40 in the lock, make sure you blow it out really well before
it
can dry in there. WD40 works well but it does leave a film if it
eva****ates in place and that's all it takes to gum up some lock cylinders.
