Snug the bolts as best you can (an air rachet works nicely and the 1/4"
jobs
top out at under 10 lbs. torque so you won't snap anything).  Put the belt
on the pulley, grab it and squeeze it around the pulley while you tighten
the bolts.  Treat the belt like a strap wrench.
