Thanks for the replies guys,
I pretty much did what you suggested as far as using the belt to keep the
pulley from spinning, but I set my wrench to 9.8 ft/lbs of torque and I
couldnt get it to "click", so I'm worried that Im a little below the
reccomended torque, still they seem tight. I just wondered if there was a
trick to it. I will try to torque them again tomorrow. Thanks again.
