engine swap

I have a 75 cj5 and its time to rebuild or replace the engine.  It
currently 
has a 232  straight 6.  I can replace with same but am considering upping
to 
the 258.  Would  this be a straight swap or would I have to change my
exaust 
mani, water pump, etc???

Any and all input appreciated
