He is supplying a titanium or platinum bracket to go along with his 
platinum tools he bought on vacation on a south seas island he paid for 
with his last welding job right?

As far as I know the bracket on the frame bolts on and is very 
inexpensive.  The axle one is just a piece of bent steel with a hole in 
it welded onto the axle. 'I' could make on in my driveway and weld it on 
in about 10 minutes.....

The bu****ngs go bad in them.  This is a rubber part that can be bought 
separately and installed.

Is yours rusted away or worn away or what?
