towing a Wrangler

I have a 2005 Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited with standard 
transmission.  I know it can be towed 4-down without problems.  Can it 
be towed with the front wheels on a tow dolly without worry?  If so, is 
there a max distance and/or speed?
