Only an Irishman would worry about the price of land for
aquaculture. :-)

People in small towns also flush toilets.

The "food" for the culture has to be pre-treated anyway. i.e.
through most of the existing waste-water treatment and then have
some diverted off to the "farm"; being for the most part "on the
beach". At last a productive use of Bondi. :-)

Far better the sewage be turned into biodiesel than be pumped into
parliaments and published as legislation.
