Of course you can't, because you believe these people are helpless and

done by, and it's all the white man's fault.
If you *do* honestly believe that, then you'd be partially right. It *is*
the white man's fault in that a politically correct society dictates that
the white man gives these people whatever they like free of charge
whenever
they scream for it, and when they abuse it in any way (as they almost
always
do) it becomes the white man's fault for not fixing up the mess.
