You mean social change like... the caravan parks are disappearing leaving
many homeless. Rents are over the top leaving many homeless. Increasing
interest rates will lead to many losing their home like in the USA.
Best to buy a tent and live rent free in the scrub :-)
Be a darn sight healthier than living in some of the ****y substandard
slummy flats on the Gold Coast.
