Actually Scotty the Amateur numbers are growing again since the
introduction of the Foundation licence
most CBers sick of the ****wit truck driver's constant crap are going
for their Amateur tickets
and the Locals usually have no leg to stand on when it comes to TV
interference from a proper radio station set up because it's usually the
fault of their own shoddy TV installations
