Just a ****ing lunatic, with added alcohol - they got him in the end, he
was refusing them entry to his house for a breath test. He had been
observed driving like a ****wit around the area for several weeks prior.
And several witnesses quite literally 'got' the number plate - it was
ripped off the car, along with the bumper bar :-D
