I doubt that that is true, there has been many thousands of new Falcons 
converted to LPG over the years and AFAIK there has never been a problem 
with warranty, the only difference would be that if a problem occurred 
that was associated with the after market LPG Ford wouldn't cover it but 
the installer covers that anyway so its not a problem.
Is it a private or business vehicle?
If private you get a rebate which covers most of the installation so I'd 
go with an after market LPG injection system which might be expensive 
but there will be no power loss and you won't even know its running on
LPG.
